This is the physical DVD format of A Logical Way of Being which is a training and information film providing an introduction to dissociative identity disorder (DID) and other complex trauma-related dissociative conditions.  In 2011 it won the International Society for the Study of Trauma and Dissociation’s Audio-Vusual Media Award.  It is a co-produced resource featuring three psychological therapists with many years experience of working with clients who have DID together with three experts-by-experience i.e. people who live with DID and use this experience alongside knowledge gained from other sources to help others understand the condition and its effects.  The film was produced for Serious Media for First Person Plural working in collaboration with the European Society for Trauma & Dissociation, the Pottergate Centre for Dissociation & Trauma and the Cheshire & Wirral Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.
